Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is very important to our company. Our policy lasts 30 days. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange your product.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Your item must be unused, unaltered, with tags on and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot process a return, exchange or store credit.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
We ship worldwide and offer free standard shipping on orders above $50 anywhere in Canada and USA.
Our standard shipping takes 5-9 business days to Canada and USA. Our Express shipping takes 1-3 business days.
For security reasons, to return your product, you should message or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you our shipping information to your email account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Items that have been damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. In the event of an exchange, your original order must be received by us and receive the confirmation email from our team.
